breakfast oats & berries

First Bring the Following Ingredients to a Boil: (stirring frequently at a light boil for approximately 20 minutes until all water has absorbed)

  • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats + 4 cups of Water
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa (rinsed) + 1cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
  • pinch of salt

Toppings as featured above:

  • ground flax seed meal
  • 1 tsp of coconut sugar (optional for sweetness)
  • chopped pecans
  • handful of blueberries & 1 sliced bananabreakfast oats & berries 2

Toppings as featured above:

  • Handful of Blueberries
  • Handful of Rasberries
  • Sprinkle of Goji Berries

(p.s this recipe makes approximately 5 servings so you can save the oats in the fridge and reheat as needed on the stove over medium heat)
