  1. Prepare all produce as above. Peel banana, remove center core/seeds/stem from apple, lemons and kale, peel the ginger root using a potato peeler or a knife and pluck fresh parsley leaves from their stems.
  2. add all ingredients, ice and liquids to a high powered blender
  3. blend until smooth. serve immediately.
  4. ENJOY.

*Recipe makes TWO servings large enough to fill two 16 ounce jars. If you’re making this recipe for yourself, I highly recommend still making it for “two” and saving the remaining serving in the fridge in a glass jar with a lid and shake it up when you’re ready to enjoy it again tomorrow. Saves you time, so you don’t have to pull out the blender every single day.
