simple, immune boosting ingredients with a superfood upgrade. Camu Camu Powder is packed full of Vitamin C and Turmeric is great at combating inflamation and fatigue according to ayruvedic traditions. Blend both into this smoothie for a superfood kick. Start small with the spoonfuls, they’re flavor packs quite the punch. You can always add more later if you’re up for it.

  1. Add peeled, orange slices, seeds removed with all other ingredients to blender
  2. add additional ice or coconut water depending on your preferred consistency. Add frozen mango if you like things sweeter. (i’m used to things being less sweet and my recipes reflect that.)
  3. pour yourself a cup and enjoy!
