Week Night Meals need to be fast & simple - why not chop up a few veggies and throw them in some pasta? All you need is your favorite jar of marinara along with some fresh garlic, carrots, broccoli, squash and a red bell pepper. So much flavor!

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, add olive oil, minced garlic, fresh ground pepper, oregano, basil and chopped carrots.
  2. Turn heat to medium and stir frequently while chopping up other ingredients.
  3. Add in broccoli and continue to stir/heat over medium heat.
  4. Add in all other vegetables along with a jar of your favorite marinara sauce.
  5. Toss in some red pepper flakes if you like it spicy!
  6. Cover & Simmer for 10 minutes while your pasta cooks.
  7. Enjoy over your favorite pasta, ravioli or spaghetti squash!
Recipe Notes

When buying marinara sauce read your ingredient labels and make sure your list is pure and simple. KNOW WHATS IN YOUR FOOD! No added sugar or corn syrups!

My pasta sauce has the following: organic ground tomatoes, organic sautéed onions, organic basil, organic garlic, and sea salt.

Keep it Simple! Top off your dish with some organic chicken meatballs for some added protein. & If you're using cheese make sure it's organic and pasture raised!
