Add a tablespoon or two of coconut palm sugar for sweetness if the mix is too tart for you.
Use a potato masher to smooth out the mixture, leaving some small chunks in the mix for texture. But, if you prefer smoother textures you can blend or puree in a food processor to your desired consistency... (just don't forget to remove the cinnamon stick before placing into any blender.)
… allow to cool ... & ENJOY!
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
