  1. Add all ingredients to a large food processor
  2. mix well using “dough” setting if available for approximately two minutes
  3. add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if necessary to get the mixture to stick together when rolled between your hands. (moisture of the dates varies based on freshness and can alter the stickyness of the mix.)
  4. roll mixture between the palm of your hands, forming 20 small, round energy bites.
  5. place in a air tight glass container, sprinkle with extra shredded coconut to help keep them from sticking together.
