Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. In a 9×13 dark metal pan add in brussels sprouts, apples & carrots chopped into bite sized pieces.
  3. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of olive oil over raw vegetable mixture and sprinkle with spices evenly, use as much as you'd like.
  4. Massage oil and spices into the raw vegetable mixture using your bare hands until evenly dispersed.
  5. Place in oven for 15 minutes, stir, & roast for 15 minutes more.
  6. ENJOY!
Recipe Notes

The smaller you cut the Brussels Sprouts the Crispier they'll be, your preference.

Also, I like using sweeter apples for this recipe as it adds a great sweet & salty variable to the flavor of the dish!
